President's Message

Hi TXSSAMT Family. I hope that everyone had an enjoyable summer. The “Back to School” season is in full swing, so it is time to start juggling our schedules again. I want to thank everyone who attended the AMT National meeting in Columbus, Ohio this summer. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy lives to spend it with your State Society and our National organization. I enjoyed re-connecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and the various updates during the meeting. Congratulations to all the Texas Awardees. Thank you for being dedicated to your profession and AMT!

Looking ahead, we have our Board elections, 2026 TXSSAMT Fall meeting, 2027 TXSSAMT Spring CE meeting/Cruise and the 2027 AMT National meeting. Please see the “Meetings and Events” webpage for additional information. The National meeting will be in Barbados, so find your passport and check its expiration date. If you wish to be a Speaker at the Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 meeting, please let us know.
