President's Message

Hi TXSSAMT Family. I hope that everyone is doing well and staying healthy. I don’t know about you, but this is my favorite time of year, September to February. It seems like every two weeks there is an official or unofficial holiday. Thanks to all who requested a ballot and voted during the Board election. We have the Fall meeting fast approaching – there still time to register or you can walk-in the day of the meeting.

We have our 2027 TXSSAMT Spring CE meeting/Cruise and the 2027 AMT-CASMET Joint meeting in the Summer. Please see the “Meetings and Events” webpage for additional information. The Joint meeting will be in Barbados, so find your passport and check its expiration date. If you wish to be a Speaker at the Spring 2027 meeting, please let us know.

We are member-led. Without you, there would not be a state society. I hope to see you at the meetings. If you have any questions, please email us at txssamt@gmail.com. Stay Safe!

Alfonso Clemmings, MLS(AMT)
