From the Tennessee President

Sadly, this will be my last President’s Message to TNSSAMT membership. We are turning over a new leaf this year by merging with the Mississippi State Society. These two states have worked hard to become one society. With the merging of these two states, the by-laws have been updated into one entity. The by-laws need to be reviewed by all members of both states. They can be found in the libraries of the Mississippi and Tennessee online communities. These by-laws will be adopted at the April 20, 2024, Spring Meeting in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Mississippi/Tennessee Spring Business and Educational Meeting will be held April 20, 2024, at the Holiday Inn and Suites in Mt. Juliet, TN. You will earn two CE’s and registration is $20, this includes your lunch. Please visit the MS/TN Meetings and Events page Webpage to register and reserve a room at a rate of $107+taxes. There are links for the registration and room reservation on this page and the schedule of events.

MS/TNSSAMT will hold their Fall Business Meeting and Board Meeting at the Magnolia Educational Treasurers Meeting (MET) in Orlando, FL September 20-21, 2024. This information is also on the AMT website.

The Annual Meeting will be held in St. Louis, MO July 8-12, 2024. Please be on the outlook for when you can register for this meeting and reserve your hotel room.
