Meeting Summary

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Board of Directors chose to hold only the Fall BOD Meeting in a virtual setting. The state of the annual scientific session will be determined once the restrictions for a meeting are lifted. The requirements will be reviewed by the board, with further information to follow.

Summary of the Fall Board of Director Meeting

The meeting was held in a virtual setting on November 15, 2020

• The minutes from the previous meeting were approved.
• The Treasurer's report was presented and approved.
• The bylaws were reviewed with no motion for changes.
• The PEMC Committee has instituted the Facebook Page. Please follow the page and like and share.
• Information for the spring will be released and posted on the website and Facebook once the decision has been finalized.
• Refer to AMT site for information for the National Convention.
