Join KIDNEYNATION and Fund the Fight Against Kidney Disease

During 2017, this campaign provides a team-building opportunity for AMT State Societies, members, friends and colleagues to come together and fundraise to help others. Individuals and groups who partner with AKF are members of KIDNEYNATION and they help raise money to fund the fight for patients in need.

2017 AKF Kidney Action Days and Screening Events

Volunteer at American Kidney Fund (AKF) Kidney Action Days and other screening events!  AMT members can have an impact in the fight against kidney disease. AMT and AKF are working together to increase awareness of this disease through education and screenings, and to raise the profile of AMT and its members. Volunteers are needed for a variety of jobs, including: setup, greeting / information, registering screening participants, taking blood pressure, finger stick glucose testing, distributing refreshments, counseling attendees on their test results or engaging with children through fun activities.
