Reinstatement

REINSTATEMENT GUIDELINES

 

If you originally certified prior to January 1, 2006 and have failed to pay your annual renewal for one or more years, you may reinstate to your active membership status by completing the Reinstatement Form and submitting it, along with the applicable payment, to AMT.

Once you are reinstated, you will once again regain your active status, which includes access to all AMT member benefits, including publications. You will also receive the current year’s membership card and seal to place on your original certificate. If you no longer have your original certificate, you may purchase a new one from the AMT Store (Click here).

Reinstatement Fees:

The basic reinstatement fee includes the annual renewal fee for a primary certification type, plus a $50 reinstatement fee. Additional fees may apply.

 

MT/MLT/CLC - $140
RMA/CMAS/RDA/CMLA/RPT - $100
AHI - $80

 

NOTE: If you were originally certified after January 1, 2006 and are trying to reinstate your membership benefits, please contact AMT directly. If have let your certification lapse by not complying with CCP, you will need to recertify by following the recertification guidelines (Click here).
