3 Easy Ways to Find the Right Allied Health Candidate

Did you know that AMT works directly with employers to get their employees certified? But our assistance doesn’t end with certification. In addition to keeping your employees certified and on top of their profession, we also offer three easy, cost-effective ways for employers to find qualified candidates.

If you are looking for the right person to add to your team, start taking advantage of one or all of these methods.

1. Post Jobs

AMT's Career Connection allows employers to post jobs and reach the largest pool of qualified allied health professionals. In addition, you can increase exposure to your job posting with a banner ad. With flexible pricing, AMT's Career Connection allows employers to search candidates' resumes and websites, and receive email alerts when new resumes meet your set criteria.

2. Rent Mailing Lists

For employers seeking qualified candidates, AMT rents its database of more than 75,000 members at a nominal fee. Employers can target mailing lists by certification, state and ZIP code. Lists do not include emails. To rent a list, fax a completed Mailing List Request Form to 847-823-0458 or email it to mail@americanmedtech.org.

3. Advertise in AMT Publications

Our publications are one of the many benefits AMT members highly value. As an employer, you can use these channels to reach a qualified pool of potential job seekers.

Advertise in AMT Events, a publication that is sent to all 75,000 AMT members three times a year. Or advertise in AMT Update eNewsletter, which is emailed to 75,000 AMT members six times a year.
