Lourie Harrington has resigned as our state president, having moved to Nevada. So maybe we’ll see her at the National Convention in the coming years.
As the newly elected Vice President back in December, I have now become your president. A little bit about me: I have been a member of AMT since 1993, served NWSSAMT in many capacities and also sat on numerous national committees. I work at Madigan Army Medical Center as the night shift supervisor.
Since several of the Board members are unable to make it to Kennewick for the Spring Seminar we are holding the Board/Business meetings on 15April2017 at the Federal Way Library. An email was sent out to all the members of NWSSAMT this week with the time and address. If you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com
The meeting on the 15th will be open to all members of AMT including the Board meeting. I would like this meeting to be an introduction to our society and how it works. I will be discussing how to get CEUs, delegate selection, awards and scholarships, national committees, basically how you as a member of NWSSAMT can become more active in your state society. I look forward to seeing you on 15 April.
